Our programs are carefully designed to make athletes of any level stronger, fitter and more resilient. We always start with the basics of good technique. After this initial phase, the layered structure of our concept allows us to create a tailor-made program adapted to your specific goals.
Personal Nutrition Plan
We create a nutrition plan to help you meet your specific fitness goals. Our role is to give you insight behind this plan. We are available at any time to give guidance, advice and counseling about your nutrition plan.
Throughout all our programs you will have 24/7 availability to one of our Rockstar Coaches. Knowledge is power and we are more than happy to share it with our Rockstars.
Workshops & Seminars
We give and organize various workshops and seminars on themes related to training, nutrition and mental toughness. We believe in motivation through education. Our Rockstars learn both the practice of our program and the theory on which it is based.
We organize events and gatherings where our trainers are able to test and go beyond their mental and physical limits.
Rehab & Prehab
In case of an injury, our Rockstar specialists are available to you 24/7 with advice and assistance. If necessary, we can refer you to a specialist from our extensive sports medicine network.
